This flexible course provides training to equip lay people for selected roles and responsibilities in church, parachurch or mission settings. It enables them to develop knowledge, understanding, attitudes and skills to face challenges and opportunities with confidence and competence.

Students select module combinations suited to their needs and interests. The course can be completed in one semester and articulates directly with the Certificate IV and Diploma in Ministry courses (see below).
